  One word - UNDERSTAFFED. Our visit should have been only 45 minutes to an hour. However, we made the mistake of ordering desserts. Half-an-hour after ordering, and no desserts in site, we tracked down our waitress and said, "skip the desserts, we'll take the check." Another 15 minutes later, after tracking down our waitress again, she said she spoke with her manager (WHAT??). We finally got our check, paid, and left.
  
  Now, don't get me wrong. The wait staff are very pleasant. But the place was busy, and there appeared to be only two people actually waiting tables (and running around non-stop).
  
  This was my second visit - the first time was a few months ago. The experience was like night and day. The food was fine - but not as good as the previous visit (my medium burger was closer to well done than medium). Fries and onion rings were excellent. Oh, and two of their kegs were kicked - at 6:00PM on a Saturday.
  
  Bottom line - if they cannot service all of the tables and take delivery orders, then they really need to make a decision where to cut back.
